This website is operated by Before Paradise. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The "Drop" & Order Limits

  • Availability: Our garments are limited releases. All items are sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Currency: All prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. International customers’ banks will handle currency conversion at their own prevailing rates.
  • Security: Payments are handled via secure third-party gateways (Shopify). Before Paradise does not store your credit card information.

3. Shipping & International Customs

  • Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are shipped from our studio. Please allow [1-3] business days for processing before dispatch.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders (USA, UK, EU, etc.), the customer is the Importer of Record. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by your country are your sole responsibility.Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
  • Liability: Before Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal strikes, or courier "acts of God."

4. Product Quality & Artisanal Nature

  • Artisanal Variance: Due to the hand-finished nature of our embroidery and leather treatments, slight variations between pieces may occur. These are characteristics of high-end production, not defects.
  • Color Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly reflect the true color of the fabrics.

5. Returns & Exchanges (Replacement Only)

  • Policy: As stated in our Return Policy, we do not offer cash refunds. We offer replacements for incorrect orders or store credit if the item is sold out.
  • Deadline: All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all security tags and "Paradise" packaging intact.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By purchasing, you agree to contact info@beforeparadise.com to resolve any issues before filing a bank dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming non-delivery on a tracked "Delivered" package) will result in a permanent ban from all future drops and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The "Before Paradise" name, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of our brand. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NG.
