Refund policy

At Before Paradise, each garment is a high-spec production piece. To maintain the integrity of our drops and the quality of product, we operate a strict Replacement or Store Credit Only policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following two scenarios:

  • Incorrect Order: You received an item, color, or size different from what you ordered.
  • Sizing Error: The item received does not match the size specified in your order confirmation (e.g., we sent a Small instead of a Large).

2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the item must be:

  • Unused and Unworn: No signs of wear, creases, perfumes, or washes.
  • Perfect Packaging: Returned in the original "Paradise" dust bag, box, and outer packaging.
  • Tags Intact: All "Before Paradise" branding and security tags must remain attached. Items with removed tags will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.

3. The 7-Day Window

You must initiate your return request within 7 days of the delivery date recorded by our courier. Any requests made after the 7th day will not be honored.

4. Resolution Process

Once your return is received and passes our Quality Control Inspection:

  1. Replacement: We will ship the correct item/size to you immediately (subject to stock availability).
  2. Store Credit: If the item is sold out or unavailable, you will be issued a Digital Gift Card for the full value of your purchase. This credit never expires and can be used for any future "Paradise Ridge" drops.
  3. No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

5. How to Start a Return

To log a return, please email info@beforeparadise.com with:

  • Your Order Number (#BP-XXXX).
  • Clear photos of the incorrect item and the tags.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, except in cases where the error was 100% on our part. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
