Shipping policy

Before Paradise ships globally from our studio. We use top couriers (DHL/UPS) to ensure your garments arrive safely and securely.

1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard Drops: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for quality-check and packaging before dispatch.
  • Pre-Orders: Refer to the specific shipping timeline listed on the product page.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated transit times once the package leaves our studio:

  • Nigeria: 1–3 business days.
  • USA & Canada: 3–10 business days.
  • UK & Europe: 3–10 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All orders outside of Nigeria are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs Fees: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and administration fees as determined by your local customs office (including the US per 2025 regulations). These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to duties, the package will be returned to us. The original shipping fee and any return costs will be deducted from your store credit.

4. Address & Restrictions

  • No P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to courier signature requirements.
  • Accuracy: Before Paradise is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Re-shipping: If a package is "Returned to Sender," the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

Once a package is marked as "In Transit," the risk of loss shifts to the courier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@beforeparadise.com within 48 hours so we can assist in an investigation.
